Terms for Commission Pieces
The following are the terms that must be agreed to between the artist and the buyer before any work can be started on a commissioned piece. Please read carefully. The buyer must sign and return this agreement with an enclosed check for 50% of the final price before the artist will begin work on the buyer's piece.
Service guarantee or policy
If for any reason that the buyer is not totally satisfied with the finished piece the down payment will be returned to the buyer and the piece will become the property of the artist.
Privacy policy
All business and personal information is kept strictly between the artist and the customer. At no time will the artist share any information of the customers (e-mail addresses or any other personal information) with other businesses or people.
